Shipping

Do you know that feeling? You come home, look in the letterbox and your parcel is there with lingerie in it? Can’t be better!
The products of Pavo Couture have a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium (order before 10pm for next day delivery). Good news! Our items just slide into your mailbox, so you do not need to be at home to receive your order.

We also ship to other EU countries, expect a delivery time between 2-5 working days. Our items just slide into your mailbox, so you do not need to be at home to receive your order.

A track and trace code will be sent with the order to follow your order. Because the items fit through the letterbox, there is no clear delivery time available.

Shipments placed on working days before 22:00 are often delivered the next day in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order.

As soon as the payment is validated, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation in order to ship it to you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Shipping costs to other countries outside NL&BE are €9,-. we offer free shipping at orders above €150,-

We regret that we cannot change the delivery address after you have placed your order. If you have entered a wrong address, we advise you to contact the carrier.
Often, the carrier can no longer change the address, but sometimes you can indicate by clicking on the t&t that you want it delivered to a pick up point e.g. "delivery to a pick up point".

In some cases, the carrier concerned may not be able to change the delivery address for you and, in that case, your parcel will therefore continue to travel to the wrong address you entered. In this case, Pavo is not liable for resending the parcel.

If the parcel is refused or the address does not exist, the parcel will probably be sent back to our warehouse and the parcel will be processed as a return. in this case, we advise you to place a new order.

Your order has not arrived while the t&t says it has?

1. First, check the letterbox, all shipments go through the letterbox.
2. Check your neighbour. Is he/she looking much sexier lately? ;)
3. No package? Contact our customer care. We will send you a document where you can officially declare your non-received package.

Returns

Products ordered at Pavo Couture can be exchanged or returned within our return period of 30 days. We use a return portal which makes returns easy for you.

Please note: products bought during sale have a return period of 14 days.

To return items, follow these steps:

- Place the item(s) you wish to return in the box and bag in which you received the items.

- Go to https://www.montareturns.com/pavo and fill in your order details.

- Print out the return label and place it on your parcel, or choose to pick it up

- Bring it to your desired drop-off point, or choose pick-up

The return costs are at your own expense and amount.

- Return the product in the original packaging (it is possible to return only part of your order).

- Returns are only possible if the product has not been visibly worn.

- You will receive the value of the returned items back into your account within 2-4 days of receipt.

- Stockings, giftcards and gift wraps can not be returned and will not be refunded. 

Please note: If the returned product is received by us damaged, used, incomplete or not in the original packaging, we are not obliged to accept the products.

Note: You can’t return your order by putting it in our mailbox at princes island (this is a postal address, not a return address)

Simply return your items and then re-order on our website. We are busy with en exchange module. It's coming soon!

You will receive an email from the carrier when our fullfillment centre has received the return. From then on, it takes 2-5 days before we receive notification of this and transfer your return. If it takes more than a week since the package arrived and you have not yet received your money back. Please contact our customer service!

We recommend taking from the M if you are tall, this way you avoid the proportion going out of the body. Since the bodies are also wireless, the difference in cup size is not too big.

You go girl! You always look fantastic.

If you have bigger boobs but a smaller but, it's best to go up 1 size with the bodies, the bottoms can be worn with many sizes.

The same goes for a big but and smaller breasts. Then choose a tailored body.
