Returning your Pavo order
Go to https://www.montareturns.com/pavo and fill in your order details to make a return. You'll need your order number and e-mailadres to start your return.
You can also return your package at our store in Amsterdam
Place the item(s) you wish to return in the box and bag in which you received the items.
Go to https://www.montareturns.com/pavo and fill in your order details. Print out the return label and place it on your parcel and bring it to your desired drop-off point.
You can also choose a printless option, choose DHL pick-up then
Request an exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. (14 days for sale items)
- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, packaging in good condition and with tags attached.
- For hygienic reasons, stockings, suspenders and tights can't be exchanged if the packaging has been opened.
- Gift cards and gift wraps can't be returned
-You will receive a refund based on the cost of the product (we will not refund your shipping costs and/or gift wrapping).
If any of these conditions are not met, we will not be able to exchange the product(s).
Yes you can! You can drop your return in our mail box or deliver it in person at our store in Amsterdam at Prinsengracht 110h.
The return costs are at your own expense and amount.
Simply return your items and then re-order on our website. We are busy with en exchange module. It's coming soon.
You will receive an email from the carrier when our fullfillment centre has received the return. From then on, it takes 2-5 days before we receive notification of this and transfer your return. If it takes more than a week since the package arrived and you have not yet received your money back. Please contact our customer service!
