Returns
Place the item(s) you want to return in the box and bags you received the items in.Go to https://pavocouture.returnista.com/ and fill in your order details.Take the package to the nearest parcel point or have it picked up, voila!
Exchanging? We'll send you the right size for free!
- Return the product in the original packaging including tags. (It is possible to return only a part of your order).
- Returns are only possible if the product has not been visibly worn.
- You will receive the value of the returned items back into your account within 2-5 working days after receipt.
- Please note that stockings, gift vouchers, and gift packaging cannot be returned or refunded, and we do not reimburse shipping costs.
Note: If the returned product is damaged, used, incomplete, or not received in the original packaging, we are not obliged to accept the products.

Once our distribution center has received your return, you will receive an email notification from the carrier. It usually takes 2-5 days for us to process the return and initiate the refund. If it has been more than a week since your return was received and you have not yet received your refund, please contact our customer service team!
You can exchange your order with us free of charge via the return portal. You only pay the return shipping costs. We will send you a new one free of charge.
