I'm Elise van Twillert, founder of Pavo Couture , a luxury lingerie brand I launched in 2020. With my background in marketing and creative direction, I not only design the collections but am also responsible for the marketing (and so much more, actually ;)).
My mission? To make women feel beautiful and confident in lingerie, while simultaneously creating an unforgettable brand experience. If Pavo helps you embrace your confidence, then my goal has been achieved—and that's what makes me happiest.
My mottos: Small boobs, big dreams, and nothing is sexier than wearing confidence. That's exactly what I want to achieve with Pavo. Learning a little every day, growing step by step—and working on this brand with a lot of love.

THE START
2020
Elise, the owner of Pavo, was still studying in Barcelona when the corona outbreak hit in 2020. In love with her dreams, she returned to Amsterdam. Back home, she built her website for Pavo while writing her thesis. Here, at the kitchen table, Pavo was born, with the first stock of lingerie sleeping between her dreams.

END OF 2020
In October 2020, Elise decided to go full-time for Pavo. In an anti-squat office in Amsterdam, she could store her stock and start building her brand. From that moment on, everything went fast. We still remember the first Black Friday, haha!

De start van kantoorleven voor Pavo...
Begin 2026 verhuisden wij naar een prachtige nieuwe kantoorruimte samen met de meiden van Unwind. Maar ook het aannemen van mijn eigen kantoorteam! Naast Elise bestaat ons team nu ook uit Dana en Isabel. Van maandag morgen meetings met matchas naar Margarita office drink: het Pavo kantoorleven is niet je standaard 9-5 ;)
